Hemant Pawar is a Practicing Company Secretary having 10 years professional experience in the wide area of Foreign Exchange Law, Company Law Procedures, Income Tax, IPR, NCLT Procedures, Government Liaison, and Business Set up services and Associated Services.

Before professional carrier, he earns good experience in stock market, investment tools and finance market. He also took lead parts in State Government's skill development educational program. Because of diverse range of business and market knowledge he headed our group which helps to start up business with all legal business perspective.

DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT ROLE IN FIRM:

I being owner of the firm shouldered with the responsibility of managing the team of dedicated professional and auspicious clients. A march towards the acquisition of clients, fill in the gap between the idea conception into reality through corporate advisory of companies act 2013 soliciting the legal matters, representing various authority on behalf of the clients.

How you drive the people to work:

Prachi is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having a vast 6 years of work experience in field Legal Drafting, Company Secretarial Practice and Advisory services.

What motivated you to join the organisation?

Being a part of a team of this group is an optimistic exercise for me in the sense that the work culture allows me to capitalise the strength to overcome the weaknesses.
